Worksheets

From offer to closing

Which tool helps with the sale itself?

For buyers, sellers, agents and closing professionals. Dates, dollars and names are yours; ABODE supplies none.

Loans and closing costs

Which loan or closing-cost calculator do you need?

Rates, fees and limits come from your lender’s written documents. ABODE quotes no rates and originates no loans.

Title and records

Which title or records worksheet do you need?

Your own working lists. A title company or attorney searches the records and gives the opinion on title.

Writing, scheduling and offices

Which writing, scheduling or offices tool do you need?

All run in your browser. Nothing you paste, type or choose is saved or sent.

Start with the address

What can you read about a property before you start?

The address lookup reads free government sources for flood zone, wetlands, soil, elevation, slope, drainage and land cover at one point. Your browser contacts those sources directly and ABODE does not receive the address. The results are context, not a determination, and each checklist tells you whom to ask next. To read several addresses at once, use compare addresses. Sellers can make a printable readings sheet for their own address. See how the readings work on the property research tools page.

These tools carry no data about schools, crime, who lives in an area or neighborhood scores, on purpose. Those topics can work as stand-ins for protected characteristics. See ABODE’s fair housing commitment.
