What happens after you send a request?

  1. An advisor reads it. Requests go to the ABODE team at contact@abodeintlrealty.com.
  2. You hear back by the method you chose. We aim to reply within one business day, by email, or by phone or text if you gave a number and agreed to it.
  3. The first conversation is about your goals. Timing, the places you are weighing and what matters most come before any property.
  4. You decide what happens next. Before you sign any agreement, your advisor explains the representation options and what each means for you.

What should you include, and what should you leave out?

Helpful to include: whether you are buying, selling, investing or relocating; the places you are considering; your timeline; and how you prefer to be contacted.

Please leave out: Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, passwords, copies of identity documents, and security details about a property such as gate codes or alarm information.
