What are the terms for using this site?
These terms apply to abodeintlrealty.com, which ABODE International Realty LLC (“ABODE”) publishes. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
- Information only. The site gives general, educational information about real estate and places. It is not legal, tax, lending, insurance, engineering, environmental or investment advice, an appraisal, a broker price opinion, or an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy.
- No representation by using the site. Using the site or sending the consultation form does not create a single-agent or other representation relationship. Any representation begins only by written agreement. Florida law (section 475.278) and Tennessee law set out which relationship applies and which disclosures you receive.
- Accuracy. We cite sources and date our guides, but rules, rates, maps and project details change, and sources can disagree or be wrong. Verify anything you will rely on with the responsible agency, the documents for the property and your own advisers.
- Listings. Listing details, including status, dates and any figures, come from the listing broker and the information available to ABODE when published, and they can change or be withdrawn. Confirm them before you act.
- Brands and projects named. Names of developments, developers and brands identify buildings and projects in public sources. ABODE is not affiliated with them unless a page says so.
What may I do with the content?
- Linking and quoting. You may link to any page and quote short passages with attribution to ABODE International Realty and a link back to the page.
- Ownership. The text, design and original materials on the site belong to ABODE or its licensors. ABODE® is a federally registered trademark of ABODE International Realty LLC. See the trademark page for the USPTO record. Other names belong to their owners.
- Not allowed. Do not republish whole guides or present them as your own, interfere with the site or try to gain unauthorized access, use the form to send unlawful or misleading material, or use the site in a way that breaks the law.
- Automated access. Search engines and AI services may access public pages as described in the site’s robots.txt file. Please do not use the contact form for automated or bulk submissions.
Links, availability and limits on responsibility
