Our goal, our testing and how to ask for help
ABODE International Realty LLC aims for WCAG 2.1 Level AA on this site and checks pages with automated tools and keyboard testing in light and dark display. Tools do not catch everything. If you find a barrier or need information in another format, call or email us and we will help.

What is ABODE doing to make this site accessible?
ABODE International Realty LLC wants everyone to be able to read this site and reach an advisor. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. In practice, the site:
- uses one main heading per page, ordered headings and labeled landmarks, and a skip link to the main content;
- works with a keyboard, shows a visible focus outline, and labels every form field;
- offers light and dark display with text that meets the contrast minimums in both;
- keeps its text readable when zoomed, without sideways scrolling at narrow widths;
- offers a pause button for the optional background video on the Florida luxury condos guide, and does not play it on narrow screens or when your device asks for reduced motion or data saving;
- lets you read the guides without JavaScript. The consultation form can also be sent without it, although the confirmation then appears on the form service’s page, and the top menu needs JavaScript on narrow screens, where the footer links remain available.
How is the site tested, and what are the limits?
We check pages with an automated accessibility tool (axe) and contrast checks at phone and desktop widths in light and dark display, and we test keyboard use. Automated tools find only some problems, so a page may still have a barrier we have not found. Some documents and sources that we link to are published by other organizations, and we do not control their accessibility.

Is every page fully accessible?
We test pages with automated tools and keyboard checks, but automated tools do not find every issue, and we cannot promise that every page meets the standard. If you find a barrier, tell us and we will work to fix it.
