VONORE, Tenn. — Displayed Zillow views for Skyway Reserve, the property at 285 Bill Moser Road, rose from 97 to 1,885 between observations approximately six hours apart on Friday, Oct. 9, according to ABODE® International Realty’s tracking account. Displayed saves increased from five to 43 over the same interval.
Two internally reviewed screenshots show the listing before and after midnight, according to the dates and times displayed in the capturing phone’s Gallery. The earlier image, dated Friday, Oct. 9 at 11:58 p.m., shows “23 hours on Zillow,” 2,240 views and 51 saves. The later image, dated Saturday, Oct. 10 at 12:00 a.m., shows “1 day on Zillow,” 2,247 views and 51 saves. ABODE’s tracking account identifies the later, 12:00 a.m. observation as its 24-hour checkpoint. ABODE’s MLS change history records the listing’s status changing from Coming Soon/Hold to Active at 12:00 a.m. on October 9. The report does not specify a time zone, so its timestamp has not been reconciled with the screenshots’ Gallery-displayed times to establish an exact elapsed interval.
ABODE’s account places the last observation displaying “1 day” on Saturday, at 3,555 views and 68 saves.
On Sunday, Oct. 11, the first observation displaying “2 days” showed 3,694 views and 69 saves.
Those are separate milestones, not interchangeable descriptions of the property’s first 24 hours.
The launch also involved a property-specific identity that ABODE’s campaign account credits Adrian Jackson with creating before advertising began: Skyway Reserve. This case study examines the name’s appearance in published listing information alongside the changes in Zillow’s displayed counters. The available evidence does not establish a causal relationship between them.
Selected Zillow Counter Checkpoints
ABODE’s tracking account places the following selected observations in the property’s early Active sequence. They are arranged by the calendar dates reported in the account or displayed in the phone’s Gallery. The table is not a complete log.

|---|---|---|---|
| Friday, Oct. 9: approximately 14 hours Active | 97 | 5 | ABODE tracking account |
| Friday: approximately 20 hours Active | 1,885 | 43 | ABODE tracking account |
| Friday: approximately 22 hours Active | 2,102 | 49 | ABODE tracking account |

Source: ABODE® International Realty’s historical observations of Zillow’s displayed counters. Selected readings; not independently verified. Calendar placements and approximate elapsed-hour descriptions are attributed to ABODE’s account, except where the table identifies dates and times displayed in the phone’s Gallery; rows marked as screenshots were reviewed internally. The time zone basis of those Gallery times has not been established. The current listing may display different counts.
Readers can view Skyway Reserve’s current listing and displayed counters on Zillow. Live figures may differ from the historical observations reported here and do not verify them.
Between the observations identified as approximately 20 and 22 hours Active, the displayed counters increased by 217 views and six saves. Between the checkpoint identified as 24 hours and the last recorded reading displaying “1 day,” views increased by another 1,308 and saves by 17.
These differences describe changes in the displayed counters between observations. They do not identify the people involved, measure unique visitors, or establish the timing of individual interactions.
The materials used to prepare this article do not include a counter reading from the moment the listing became Active. The observations therefore cannot isolate activity generated exclusively after activation. Zillow’s day labels are treated here as observed labels, not exact elapsed-time measurements. The earlier capture shows “23 hours,” and the later capture shows “1 day.” The screenshots do not themselves establish the exact transition time.
What Is Skyway Reserve?
Skyway Reserve is the property-specific name that ABODE’s campaign account credits Adrian Jackson with creating for 285 Bill Moser Road in Vonore, Tennessee.
The Zillow listing retrieved on October 11, 2026, showed an asking price of $1,777,888, approximately 8.34 acres, and a 2,273-square-foot primary residence completed in 2024, with two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Its description places the property near Tellico Lake, with views across Appalachian ridgelines toward the Cherohala Skyway.
The listing description also identifies a detached two-car garage with a finished upper loft and a separate, approximately 1,200-square-foot heated and cooled multipurpose building. Price, availability, and specifications may change.
According to ABODE’s campaign account, the name was developed before advertising and was not an inherited subdivision or development name. The stated objective was recognition: giving buyers encountering the property in different places a consistent reference point beyond its street address.
The Name Traveled. Its Effect Remains Unmeasured.
The Skyway Reserve name appears in published listing descriptions on Zillow and LandSearch alongside the property’s address. Both descriptions connect the name to the same Vonore property.
Those appearances document distribution of the property identity through listing information, not independent endorsement, verified audience reach, or additional traffic caused by the name.
Whether the identity helped buyers recognize or recall the property remains a separate question.
What Might Have Driven the Zillow Increase?
ABODE’s tracking account does not identify the source of the increase.
According to ABODE’s campaign account, the launch included listing syndication, photography, video, and digital content. Zillow searches, platform alerts, recommendations, and external sharing are other possible discovery paths.
Zillow’s price history records an October 9, 2026, “Listed for sale” event and identifies RealTracs MLS via MLS GRID as its listing source. The move to Active is one possible explanation for additional exposure on Zillow, but the available evidence does not establish its effect.
Without referral-level evidence, ABODE cannot assign a share of the increase to the property identity, syndication, imagery, video, social content, search activity, or an individual portal. The counters also do not demonstrate that Zillow increased the listing’s ranking.
What Does Zillow’s Research Say About Early Engagement?
Zillow’s research provides broader context using a different measurement method.
In her March 31, 2025, analysis, “The Impact of Zillow Views, Saves and Shares on the Price and Speed of a Home Sale,” Zillow economist Kara Ng examined the association between early engagement and subsequent sale outcomes. The study linked higher engagement with faster sales and stronger sale-to-list-price outcomes.
The methodology’s highest categories were more than 2,000 average daily views and more than 50 average daily saves. Zillow calculated average daily engagement over each listing’s first seven days or until it went pending, whichever came first, using listings with successful sales and available data.
Skyway Reserve’s 2,247 views and 51 saves are a displayed-counter snapshot at the checkpoint ABODE identifies as 24 hours, not averages calculated under Zillow’s method. The snapshot does not establish which research category, if any, the property would meet or provide a basis for predicting its sale timing or price.
Do Zillow Views Establish Qualified Buyer Demand?
No. A view does not establish financial qualification. A save does not establish purchase intent. Neither is an inquiry, showing, or offer.
Ratios between the displayed counters are not visitor-level conversion rates because the tracking account does not connect individual visitors with save actions or subsequent buyer activity.
The next measures of commercial significance include:
- Inquiries and their identifiable sources
- Scheduled and completed showings
- Buyer qualification
- Offers and negotiations
- Transaction outcomes, including sale price and time to contract
The property-name hypothesis can be examined alongside those measures. Do prospects search for “Skyway Reserve,” mention the name when making an inquiry, or recognize the property from an earlier encounter?
Those responses would provide more direct evidence of recognition than aggregate counters. Recognition would still need to be distinguished from evidence that the name influenced a purchase decision.
The Next Chapter Is Buyer Activity
Skyway Reserve remains an active case study, not a completed marketing-success claim.
The article brings together ABODE’s account of the property identity, its appearance in published listing descriptions, and the reported changes in Zillow’s displayed counters. The cause of the increase and its commercial value remain unresolved.
A subsequent analysis could examine buyer activity as additional records become available. For Jackson and ABODE, the decisive question is whether the recorded attention develops into serious buyer consideration and transaction activity.
Methodology and Disclosure
This brokerage-authored case study uses historical Zillow observations, calendar-day placements and timing descriptions from ABODE® International Realty’s tracking account, along with an MLS change-history report for the listing. ABODE captured two screenshots of Zillow’s listing page in a phone browser and internally reviewed the images and their dates and times as shown in the phone’s Gallery Info panel. Raw file metadata was not inspected. The time zone basis of those displayed times has not been established. Internal review is not independent verification, and the historical counter readings have not been independently verified.
The table presents selected checkpoints rather than every observation. Approximate elapsed-hour descriptions come from ABODE’s account.
For the remaining observations, original captures and independently checked capture timestamps were not reviewed. ABODE’s MLS change history reports the status change to Active at 12:00 a.m. on October 9, 2026; the report covers October 4 through 11 and does not state a time zone. No counter reading at activation was available. This does not establish whether ABODE retains additional records.
Earlier marketing-period figures are excluded because their relationship to the Active-period sequence has not been reconciled. Later live readings are separate observations and do not authenticate or replace historical snapshots.
Zillow’s counter explanation states that displayed views and saves reflect the most recent 30 days on market. Save counts can decrease when users remove a property from their saved homes.
