# Privacy Policy | ABODE International Realty Canonical page: https://abodeintlrealty.com/privacy/ Last updated: 2026-10-18 Publisher: ABODE International Realty LLC (Real Estate Firm TN 263936; FL Corporation CQ1070640) Legal # Privacy Policy What this site collects, and the choices you have This site collects what you type into the consultation form, and it loads Google Analytics only if you accept. Advertising cookies are off. Form details reach ABODE’s inbox through ABODE’s own web server, with Formspree only as a backup and HubSpot used to track follow-up. ABODE does not sell them, and you can ask us to access, correct or delete your information. In short: This site collects what you enter in the consultation form and loads Google Analytics only if you accept; advertising cookies are off, and ABODE does not sell form details. ## What information does this site collect? ### Information you give us The consultation form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, what you are interested in (for example buying or selling), and an optional message. The form also records the address of the page you used and your choices in the contact-consent boxes. If you call, email or text ABODE, we keep what you tell us so we can help you. ### Analytics, only if you accept If you choose Accept analytics, the site loads Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-E75Y7LZ05N). Google Analytics sets cookies and records how the site is used, such as pages viewed, referring site, browser and device type, and approximate location. We use this to see which guides help visitors and to fix problems. If you choose Reject, the analytics script is not loaded and nothing is sent to Google Analytics. If you accept and later reject, the site removes its Google Analytics cookies. ### Choices stored in your browser Your cookie choice and your light or dark display setting are saved in your browser’s local storage on your own device. They are not sent to ABODE. ### Property address lookup and planning tools If you use the property address lookup, the compare-addresses page or the seller readings sheet, your browser sends each address you type directly to the U.S. Census Bureau’s address locator, and then sends the resulting coordinates to FEMA, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service and the U.S. Geological Survey. These requests do not pass through ABODE, and ABODE does not receive, store or log the addresses or the results. Those agencies may keep their own logs under their own policies. If you press the button to show the map and aerial photo, your browser loads Google Maps from Google’s servers. Google receives your internet address, details about your browser and device, and the area you view, and may store its own cookies or similar identifiers, under the [Google Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy). Nothing is loaded from Google for the map until you press the button. Address suggestions are different: if the box under the address field is ticked, Google loads when you start typing and receives what you type, so it can offer matching addresses, along with your internet address. ABODE does not receive it, and unticking the box stops it. If Google Maps cannot load, the page shows free pictures from the U.S. Geological Survey instead, and that agency sees the area you view and your internet address. ABODE’s own pages set no cookies. If you then tick the box to show FEMA flood zones, your browser also asks FEMA’s flood-map servers for the picture of the area on screen, so FEMA sees the viewed area and your internet address, not the address you typed. That request is not sent unless you tick the box. A CSV file you download from the compare page is made in your browser and saved to your computer; ABODE does not receive it. If you have accepted analytics, Google Analytics counts your visit to the page as it does for any page, but not what you type. The planning checklists, worksheets, listing wording check and build timeline planner run in your browser: what you tick, choose, type or paste is not saved, sent to ABODE or logged. ### Forms, spam screening, resumes and the backup form service When you send a form on this site, it goes first to a script on ABODE’s own web hosting. The script emails the submission to an ABODE mailbox (contact@ for inquiries, careers@ for resumes), saves a private copy in a folder that is not reachable from the web, and records your IP address to limit abuse. For consultation requests (not resumes), an ABODE team member may also record your name, email, phone number, interest, message and source page in HubSpot, a U.S. customer-relationship-management service, so that follow-up is tracked and a request is not missed. Requests that look like spam are not added. If you attach a resume, the file is emailed to careers@ and saved in the same private folder. Only if that script cannot be reached does your browser send the same form to Formspree, a U.S. service, which then receives the submission with technical data such as your IP address and browser type, and keeps a copy in its system before it is delivered to ABODE. If you accepted analytics, the site also records a “generate lead” event in Google Analytics when the form is sent successfully, without the contents of your message. To keep out spam and automated requests, the form script also checks each submission for signs of abuse. It uses a hidden timing check, records your IP address, looks at the message and the email address, and checks whether the email domain can receive mail. A submission that looks like spam may be held in the private folder instead of being emailed to staff, and ABODE reviews held submissions and deletes them after about 60 days. If you are told your message could not be sent, call [(855) 25-ABODE](tel:+18552522633) or email [contact@abodeintlrealty.com](mailto:contact@abodeintlrealty.com). We will read it. ### Hosting and content delivery Our web host and content-delivery services receive standard technical data when a page loads, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request, and they keep server logs. The site icons load from a content-delivery host (ImageKit) on every page, and the optional background video on the Florida luxury condos guide loads from the same host, which receives the same standard data. The optional background video on the homepage loads from Pexels’ content network, which likewise receives your IP address and browser type when it plays. The site’s fonts load from our own server. Advertising storage is set to denied, and this site does not load advertising pixels. ## How does ABODE use and share information? - **To respond to you.** We use your form details to reply about your request and to discuss a possible purchase, sale or other service. - **To keep records.** A licensed brokerage must keep certain records. We generally keep inquiries for five years after your last contact. We generally keep records of your contact permissions, such as the date, time, page and the boxes you ticked, for seven years, and records of a transaction for as long as the law requires a licensed brokerage to keep them, or longer when needed. We may keep records longer when needed to resolve a dispute, respond to a legal claim, or meet a legal duty. - **To improve the site.** If you accepted analytics, we review usage reports. - **With service providers.** Formspree processes form submissions for us only when ABODE’s own form script is unavailable, HubSpot stores inquiry records so we can follow up, Google provides analytics if you accept, and our web host and content-delivery services deliver the site. They handle information only to provide those services, under their own terms and privacy policies. - **When the law requires it,** or to protect ABODE’s rights, we may disclose information to the extent the law permits. - **If you work with ABODE.** A transaction involves other parties, such as lenders, title companies and other brokerages. We share what is needed for the transaction, under a written agreement with you. ABODE does not sell the information you submit through this site. ## What do the contact-consent boxes mean? The form has two boxes. The first, which is required to send the form, lets ABODE International Realty contact you about your request by email. The second is optional and lets ABODE also contact you by phone or text at the number you gave. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. To stop emails, use the opt-out instruction in the message or write to us. A consultation request does not enrol you in a drip campaign. ## How do I control my information? - **Analytics.** Use the Cookie choices link in the footer to accept or reject at any time. You can also clear this site’s data in your browser settings. - **Access, correction or deletion.** Email [contact@abodeintlrealty.com](mailto:contact@abodeintlrealty.com?subject=Privacy%20request) with the subject “Privacy request.” We may need to confirm who you are first, and we may keep records that the law requires a brokerage to keep. If you ask us to delete your information, we delete it from HubSpot as well, except records we must keep by law. - **Advertising.** The site does not load advertising pixels and keeps advertising storage denied. ## Security, children, links and changes **Security.** The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions travel encrypted to the form service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers or other highly sensitive data through the form or by email. **Children.** The site is for adults and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it. **Other sites.** Our guides link to public sources and agencies. Those sites have their own privacy practices. **Changes.** We will post any change on this page and update the date at the top. The last update was October 15, 2026. **Who we are.** ABODE International Realty LLC, 801 West Bay Drive, Suite 324, Largo, FL 33770. Email [contact@abodeintlrealty.com](mailto:contact@abodeintlrealty.com) or call [(855) 25-ABODE](tel:+18552522633). See also the [Terms of Use](https://abodeintlrealty.com/terms/). ## Privacy: frequently asked questions Does this site use analytics cookies? Only if you accept. Analytics stays off, and nothing is sent to Google Analytics, until you choose Accept analytics. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie choices link in the footer. What happens to a consultation request? The form sends your name, email, optional phone number, interest, optional message and the page you were on to ABODE’s email inbox through ABODE’s own web server, which also saves a private copy so a request is not lost. An ABODE team member may also record the details in HubSpot, a contact-management service, so follow-up is tracked. Only if ABODE’s server is unavailable does the page send the same details through a backup form service called Formspree. An ABODE advisor replies by email and, if you agreed and gave a number, by phone or text. Does ABODE sell my information? No. ABODE does not sell the information you submit through this site. How do I ask to see, correct or delete my information? Email contact@abodeintlrealty.com with the subject “Privacy request” and tell us what you need. We will reply by email, and some records we must keep by law as a licensed brokerage. What happens to an address I type into the property address lookup? Your browser sends it straight to the U.S. Census Bureau’s address locator, and then sends the coordinates it returns to FEMA, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, USDA and USGS. It does not pass through ABODE, and ABODE does not receive, store or log it. The same is true of the compare-addresses page and the seller readings sheet. Those agencies may keep their own logs. If address suggestions are on, what you type in the address box is also sent to Google as you type, and unticking the box under the field stops that. Does ABODE use advertising cookies on this site? No. The site sets advertising storage to denied and does not load advertising pixels.
